Shipping

Shipping is done with our logistics partner UPS. Deliveries shipped by SONNIA are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery, the insurance coverage expires. Shipping costs are calculated in the ordering process.

These are:
– Italy: 9,50 €
– Germany and Austria: 15,00 €
– Switzerland, UK and Europe: 30,00 €
– USA and worldwide: 60,00 €
Prices for express delivery will be provided upon request.

After we receive your order, our products will be handmade for you. Therefore, particularly in the case of special jewelry, delivery times of up to 6 – 8 weeks may occur. Products in stock will be with you within a few days, in exceptional cases within 2 weeks. Please refer to the delivery information per product and during the checkout process.

Circumstances outside SONNIA’s sphere of influence may affect the delivery time.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. You can check the status of the shipment about 1 – 2 hours after you receive the shipment confirmation.

PAYMENTS

Forms of payment:
CREDIT CARD – PAYPAL – BANK TRANSFER

Your credit card details are passed on to our payment partner via an encrypted SSL connection. SONNIA has no insight or access to your data. In the event of any refunds, SONNIA can only make these to the credit card deposited at the time of payment.

The ordered jewelry will be made and shipped only after the final amount of the order is credited to SONNIA’s account.
Any transfer costs and bank charges shall be borne by the customer.

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

The delivered goods remain property of SONNIA until full payment of the purchase price – incl. additional costs.

RETURNS – REVOCATION

According to the legal regulations, the Buyer, provided that he is an end consumer (i.e. a natural person who does not purchase the goods for the purpose of his professional activity or the goods are intended for resale), has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reasons within 14 days in writing by registered mail or email to SONNIA.
